AGC San Diego has a high-profile position in the "political arena" at the local, regional, state, and national levels. AGC's Government Relations committee develops positions on a variety of key legislative and policy issues.

The PAC committee interviews and endorses candidates, and raises funds to support those candidates, as well as critical infrastructure ballot measures. |

On January 1, 2026, most legislation that was passed into law in 2025 will be enacted. As a contractor and a company doing business in California, you will be impacted by several of these laws in 2026 and beyond.
