From Legacy to Leadership
Rooted in the former EGCA Foundation and backed by decades of industry advocacy, we have expanded from a scholarship support organization into a proactive workforce and community connector aligned with the evolving needs of contractors, public agencies, and educational institutions.

- Strengthened relationships with colleges and universities to nurture continual scholarship support and stronger alignment between workforce needs and emerging curriculum that keep our future sharp and ready.
- Initiated collaboration with public agencies and workforce leaders to identify and address bottlenecks in hiring flow, provide broader understanding of apprenticeship access, and improve on labor availability.
- Expanded industry visibility efforts by directly engaging with community stakeholders, students, veterans, and emerging talent to elevate awareness of construction as a premier career pathway.
- Worked alongside AGC San Diego leadership and committees to advance workforce development strategies directly informed by contractor realities.
