The results are in! Republican Businessman John Cox has made the runoff for Governor in last week's Primary, with the support down the stretch from "Citizens Supporting Gavin Newsom for Governor 2018, sponsored by Labor Organizations and Blue Shield of California" .... Huh? Cox finished second behind Democrat Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, and ahead of former Mayor of Los Angeles, Democrat Antonio Villaraigosa, and Republican Assemblymember Travis Allen. Both Allen and Villaraigosa received heavy support from "Families and Teachers for Antonio Villaraigosa for Governor 2018" What, the what???
